The animal population in Catalonia has decreased by 25% in the last 18 years! At the animal show at the Zoo of the Pyrenees the students will meet animals in danger of extinction<\/strong> and receive information about their protection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The show lasts 1 hour and we recommend it for all ages<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the star activity of our park for school excursions<\/a>. It stands out for the variety of animals<\/strong> that participate and excels with the interventions of visitors when they interact directly with the animals<\/strong>. Teachers highlight the suitability of the explanations, which are always adapted <\/strong> to the level of the students doing this activity.<\/p>\n<\/div>

What species will the students meet during the animal show?<\/h2>\n\n

A wide variety of protected species of Spain<\/strong> participate in the birds of prey show. Students can observe flying birds of prey<\/strong>, feed a raven and pet mammals<\/g>. They will get to know the footprints of emblematic predators<\/g> such as the fox, the ferret and the genet. They will interact with nocturnal raptors. <\/p>\n\n
