Payment method for school workshops

No advance, no surprises. Simple payment for educational centers. After the activity, we send an invoice and the center pays by transfer. It’s that easy.

How it works

Step 1:
You will receive a detailed and personalized quote before making your reservation.

Step 2:
We do the activity.

Step 3:
We send the electronic invoice to the school.

If the activity takes place over several days, the Zoo of the Pyrenees sends the invoice after the last session.

Step 4:
The center makes the bank transfer according to the details indicated on the invoice.

Important note: If you need to cancel or change the date, there is no commitment fee. Contact us to reschedule.

How we organize activities at your school

To ensure that each educational workshop maintains high standards of environmental education, safety and animal welfare, we can hold a maximum of 3 sessions per day at your center.

If your center needs more than 3 activities, you will need to schedule a second day of visit. In this case, the price will be applied according to the table, since each trip involves the same preparation, logistics and organization.

More sessions = lower cost per student

If you organize several sessions on the same day, more students from your center will be able to participate and the cost per class decreases.

Experiential activities with native fauna that are aligned with the educational curriculum: learning, emotion and environmental awareness in the same project.

For schools that have contracted our activities in previous years: 10% discount when they do 2 activities, and 20% discount when they do 3 activities.

Free entry for teachers, companions and driver

• Support ratio
  • We offer 1 free teacher/companion for every 10 students.
• Special needs
  • Each person with special needs can be accompanied free of charge by a caregiver.
• Additional companions
  • If the number of teachers or companions exceeds the established ratio, the additional people will have to pay the rate per student.

• On the day of the school visit, a count of the students is carried out. Only the students who participate pay.
• The invoice is subsequently sent by email to the school.
• Payment is made by bank transfer.
• If the center prefers, you can also pay in cash or check on the same day of the visit.
• Andorran schools: due to the bank commission for transfers from outside Spain, we ask that you bring cash on the day of the visit. If this is not possible, the school must assume an increase of €18 on the total price to cover the bank commission.

The workshops held in youth camps have the same rate as for activities in the school center. Below we detail the conditions and payment method.

Payment method and billing in Youth camps

• The payment method varies depending on the contract signed with each youth camp entity.
• In some cases, the camp bills directly to the school; in others, billing is done through the Zoo of the Pyrenees Foundation.
• To avoid misunderstandings, the payment method will be clearly defined in the budget previously sent to the school.
