You can change the date or cancel the activity whenever you need to: you don’t need to specify the reason. Just let us know and we’ll handle it at no cost.
Weather conditions
In the case of workshops at school or in youth camps, bad weather should not affect planning.
For activities where students visit the animal refuge, weather conditions are an important aspect.
What options do we give you in case of rain, strong wind, cold or even snow?

How to manage change or cancellation
Follow these steps to simplify management:

Contact us as soon as you detect the need for change.

Together we choose the new date or proceed with the cancellation.
3.
Once confirmed, we update the reservation and send you the new documentation.
