We present you an easy and comfortable way that will allow your students to participate in the activities of the Zoo of the Pyrenees. Organizing it won’t cost you time or money. Make the most of the youth camp!
You can:
- Make a stop at the Zoo of the Pyrenees on your way to or from the youth camp.
- Demand that we do the workshops directly at the youth camp.
In both cases we will clarify all the details directly with the youth camp you are staying at. That is to say, you will only communicate with us:
- Age and number of participating students
- Where will you be located
- If you want to make a stop at the park or do the activities at the youth camp
We will take care of all the organizational part.
In other words: combining youth camps with workshops with wild animals is a a great option which allows your students to participate in workshops that could sometimes be complicated to combine with the school hours of your educational center.

Workshops for youth camps
Night activity
The most requested activity by schools is the night activity. After having had dinner, the students enjoy a calm and mysterious atmosphere during which they get to know the sensations of meeting animals that live in the depths of the night. The activity lasts 1 hour, although our team often stays with the students longer to answer all their questions. Awakening young people’s interest in nature gives meaning to our work and therefore we are happy to extend the workshop in order to satisfy the curiosity of the students.
Daytime activity
All the youth camps have their own well-developed offer of activities and the schools choose the one they like the most. However, sometimes the weather intervenes and the activities cannot be carried out. As a result, alternative workshops are held instead of the planned schedule. Unfortunately in this case it is not always possible to offer educational workshops of outstanding value for the students.
And it is in these occasions that we receive calls to come to do daily activities in youth camps, both from the lodgings themselves and from the educational centers. Wildlife workshops in these conditions usually last 2-3 hours. In this way the wildlife activity completes the whole block of morning or afternoon activities.
How to reserve the activity as a Plan B in case of rain
If the weather forecast for your stay does not look good, you can call us at 610 750 224. Inform us about:
- Place where you will stay
- Days for which you want to book our activity as a Plan B
- Number and age of students
Later we will confirm our availability by email, we will make the arrangements with your school and we will send you the budget.
Given that the weather forecast does not always coincide with reality, often the originally planned activities can be carried out without any problem. It is for this reason that we will need you to confirm 1 day before the activity if we will come or not.
